Graham was a student of Victoria College in Jersey and went on to take a Doctorate in science at Brunel University. From 1977 to 1985 he worked for Ernst & Young, qualifying with them as a Chartered Accountant in 1981.
From 1985 to 2005 Graham was managing director of Quorum Trust Group in Jersey. This period of his career began as being a manager of a small financial services company. As a result of a number of mergers and acquisitions, the business grew to the extent that by 1997 Graham was responsible for 40 members of staff. During this time he dealt with a whole range of trust and company administration matters involving tax, asset protection and succession planning for high net worth clients, as well as dealing with managerial and restructuring issues.
In 2005 he co-founded and became Chairman of Ohad Trust in Bahrain a licensed trust company providing administration, registrar and custodian services for a variety of investment funds as well as acting as trustee for private client arrangement, charitable trusts, securitisation structures, unit trusts and sukuk (Islamic bonds).
Graham divides his time between Jersey and Bahrain. He is in the process of winding down his involvement with Ohad Trust and decided to join Fiduciary Protector as he sees it as an excellent forum from which to put his many years of experience in the financial services industry to good use before moving into retirement. He is Chairman of the Jersey branch of a major national voluntary organisation.
